• Wash your system once or twice a week using sulfate free shampoo and conditioner.
• Always detangle gently with a wide tooth comb before washing.
• Use lukewarm water only, avoid very hot water as it can damage knots and weaken adhesive.
• Pat dry with a towel; do not rub or wring the hair.
• Apply a leave-in conditioner or light serum to keep hair soft and hydrated.
• Avoid heavy oils or waxes, they can build up and affect bonding.
• Protect the system from direct heat (hair dryers, straighteners, sunbeds) – use a heat protector spray if styling.
• Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce tangling and friction.
