We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Pro Hair Edit. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed or unbrushed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made or personalised products

Hair systems that have had the base cut or been custom styled

Opened or used personal care or hygiene items (including adhesives, removers, and conditioners)

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the unwanted item once approved and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
As with other returns, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
